Workplace: Telecommuting / L’Orignal
Schedule: 35 hours/week
Hourly rate: $43.92

Under the supervision of the Accounting and Financial Information Systems Supervisor, the incumbent will support them as well as the Accounting Operations Manager in the preparation of financial and accounting documents. They will also be responsible for assisting departments with any accounting-related questions, analyzing accounting reports, and implementing new procedures and policies.

Requested skills

Requirements:

• University degree in Business Administration (Accounting or Finance) and five years of experience in the analysis and preparation of financial statements;
• Excellent knowledge of accounting and of the various controls that may exist in the financial environment;
• Ability to interpret policy texts and all financial documentation;
• Ability to communicate easily in French and English (verbally and in writing);
• Good knowledge of the Internet in order to carry out various research required by the role;
• Ability to work on multiple projects simultaneously;
• Ability to perform extensive reading and analysis and produce brief summaries.
